Ingredients:
-one egg
-strips of bacon
-some sausages
-heavy creme
-grated cheddar cheese
-two slices of whole wheat toast

Take all of the above ingredients and put them in a blender. Blend until smooth, then decant into a whisky snifter. Set the mixture alight, and then put it out by spitting into the snifter a mouthful of centipedes.
